Ellen Sander's poetry has been published in Saturday Afternoon Journal, Social Anarchism, Chiron Review, and the Bolinas Hearsay News, among others. Readings have been sponsored by cafes, bookstores and literary foundations in northern and southern California and New York. Right now, I'm in more of a writing and less of a reading mode, but when readings start again, I'll post a schedule.

Milky CirclesThe baby Here is a poem not published elsewhere. It's new, in progress and inspired by a bodacious birthday party that Michael Simmons threw for Jack Kerouac last Spring. You wouldn't believe the Beats in L.A....then again... spring in ellaynor rain |
